About the role
The Nursing Schedule Coordinator at North Park Nursing Center is a key team member responsible for ensuring appropriate staffing levels meet the needs of both residents and staff.
Responsibilities
- Create staffing schedules that ensure quality nursing care is provided.
- Coordinate with the Executive Director and Director of Nursing to advise and communicate staffing needs and ensure compliance with budgetary, State, and Federal guidelines.
- Work collaboratively with the team to achieve a common goal of providing excellent care for residents.
- Communicate effectively with team members to establish equitable and courteous scheduling patterns and resolutions.
Requirements
- Successful completion of a state-approved training program in medication administration.
- Indiana RN, LPN, or QMA license.
- Strong passion for geriatric nursing and commitment to senior care excellence.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrates C.A.R.E. values to residents, family members, customers, and staff.
