About the role
The Nursing Schedule Coordinator is a key team member responsible for ensuring appropriate staffing levels meet at all times.
Responsibilities
- Create a comforting and engaging atmosphere for residents and team members.
- Coordinate with the Executive Director and Director of Nursing to advise and communicate staffing schedules and needs.
- Ensure compliance with budgetary, State and Federal guidelines.
- Work towards a common goal of excellent care for residents.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure quick, equitable and courteous scheduling patterns and resolutions.
Requirements
- Successful completion of a state-approved training program in medication administration.
- Indiana RN, LPN or QMA license.
- Strong passion for geriatric nursing and commitment to senior care excellence.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrates C.A.R.E. values to residents, family members, customers and staff.
