Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain BI, data analytics, and visualization solutions supporting business and mission requirements.
- Develop and maintain Qlik Sense applications, dashboards, reports, data models, load scripts, and visualizations.
- Design data models, data flows, ETL/ELT processes, and integrations across diverse data sources.
- Support data development and analytics using platforms such as Databricks and Palantir Foundry.
- Automate data ingestion, transformation, validation, refresh, and reporting processes.
- Collaborate with data engineers, data scientists, analysts, and stakeholders to translate requirements into effective technical solutions.
- Support UAT, troubleshoot technical issues, and implement enhancements based on stakeholder feedback.
Required Qualifications
- Must be able to obtain a DoD SECRET clearance.
- 3+ years of technical experience with Business Intelligence and Data Analytics solutions.
- 2+ years of experience implementing Qlik, Databricks, or Palantir Foundry solutions.
- Experience with data analysis and data visualizations.
- Experience with front‑end development.
- Write scripts to process and manipulate data efficiently.
- Operationalize predictive analytics model results to visually forecast future trends.
- Maximize automation to streamline data processing workflows.
- Collaborate with machine learning engineers and data scientists to extract insights from data.
- Combine various tools and frameworks to integrate and analyze diverse data sources.
- Ability to work efficiently and effectively under deadline pressures, handling multiple assignments and projects with speed and accuracy; professional maturity; high degree of honesty, integrity, and confidentiality; and tactful, diplomatic interaction with individuals.
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Active DoD SECRET clearance.
- Experience supporting DoD and/or NIWC Atlantic.
- Advanced experience with Qlik Sense, Qlik View, and Databricks.
- Experience with data migrations and ETL processes.
- Experience with Databricks, Tableau, Power BI, and Power Apps.
- Experience with DoD/DON ADVANA/Jupiter platform.
- Knowledge of development best practices and procedures.
- Experience with agile development.

Pay
Salary: $80K+ to align with education and experience.
