Qlik Developer

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain BI, data analytics, and visualization solutions supporting business and mission requirements.
• Develop and maintain Qlik Sense applications, dashboards, reports, data models, load scripts, and visualizations.
• Design data models, data flows, ETL/ELT processes, and integrations across diverse data sources.
• Support data development and analytics using platforms such as Databricks and Palantir Foundry.
• Automate data ingestion, transformation, validation, refresh, and reporting processes.
• Collaborate with data engineers, data scientists, analysts, and stakeholders to translate requirements into effective technical solutions.
• Support UAT, troubleshoot technical issues, and implement enhancements based on stakeholder feedback.

Required Qualifications

• Must be able to obtain a DoD SECRET clearance.
• 3+ years of technical experience with Business Intelligence and Data Analytics solutions.
• 2+ years of experience implementing Qlik, Databricks, or Palantir Foundry solutions.
• Experience with data analysis and data visualizations.
• Experience with front‑end development.
• Write scripts to process and manipulate data efficiently.
• Operationalize predictive analytics model results to visually forecast future trends.
• Maximize automation to streamline data processing workflows.
• Collaborate with machine learning engineers and data scientists to extract insights from data.
• Combine various tools and frameworks to integrate and analyze diverse data sources.
• Ability to work efficiently and effectively under deadline pressures, handling multiple assignments and projects with speed and accuracy; professional maturity; high degree of honesty, integrity, and confidentiality; and tactful, diplomatic interaction with individuals.

Desired Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Active DoD SECRET clearance.
• Experience supporting DoD and/or NIWC Atlantic.
• Advanced experience with Qlik Sense, Qlik View, and Databricks.
• Experience with data migrations and ETL processes.
• Experience with Databricks, Tableau, Power BI, and Power Apps.
• Experience with DoD/DON ADVANA/Jupiter platform.
• Knowledge of development best practices and procedures.
• Experience with agile development.

Pay

Salary: $80K+ to align with education and experience.
