QC/Pack/Ship 1st Shift

Work type and location

Onsite at McClellan Park, CA 95652. Monday – Friday, 5:00 am – 1:00 pm. Full-time, 40 hours per week. Shift times may vary and extra hours may be added to meet customer commitments. Mandatory overtime may include some weekends during peak season (July–December).

Base pay

$17.80 per hour

Responsibilities

• Pull orders from designated locations
• Ensure orders are complete and accurate
• Stage orders correctly at shipping stations
• Operate handling equipment while following safety regulations
• Maintain warehouse goals and high health and safety standards
• Shrink wrap products to pallets and load delivery vehicles
• Pack warehouse orders as needed
• Operate scanners to verify correct order picking
• Perform other general warehouse duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of quality experience in a manufacturing environment
• Basic blueprint reading skills
• Moderate understanding of quality control standards and techniques
• Two years of in-depth SAP experience
• Ability to learn tasks quickly, with strong attention to detail, accuracy, and excellent attendance
• Read and comprehend documents, instructions, and correspondence in English
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to multi-task and work efficiently with strong time management
• High school diploma or GED required
• 1–2 years of experience in a warehouse or manufacturing setting
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a bonus
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, with extensive experience in Microsoft Excel
• Operational, warehouse, logistics, or comparable experience preferred

Physical requirements

• Lift no less than 15–35 lbs on a regular basis
• Ability to work in a non-climate-controlled environment
• Moderate noise level in the work environment
