QC Operator

About the role

Kelly Services is hiring dependable, detail-oriented QC Operators for a contract-to-hire opportunity in Bourbonnais, IL. The assignment is expected to last approximately 3–6 months, with the potential for an earlier permanent hire based on attendance, work quality, schedule compatibility, performance, and business needs.

Responsibilities

• Inspect products and materials for defects
• Perform quality-control checks
• Pack finished products according to guidelines
• Lift and move items weighing up to 50 pounds
• Move between departments as needed
• Assist with various production tasks and departmental needs
• Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail
• Dependable attendance and punctuality
• Ability to work Monday through Thursday, 7:00 a.m.–5:30 p.m.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Ability to move between departments and assist where needed
• Willingness to learn and follow quality and safety procedures

Pay

$16.00 per hour

Monday–Thursday, 7:00 a.m.–5:30 p.m.
