QC Inspector - Return to Service (Part 145 Repair Station)

About the role

HEICO Component Repair Group is seeking a qualified and detail-oriented Quality Control Inspector to perform Return to Service inspections on aircraft accessory components in accordance with FAA regulations and company procedures. This position plays a critical role in ensuring safety and compliance within our FAA Part 145 Repair Station operations.

Responsibilities

• Perform final inspections and issue Return to Service authorizations for repaired and overhauled accessory components.
• Ensure all work performed complies with FAA regulations, company Repair Station and Quality Control Manual, Customer Requirements, and CMMs.
• Review maintenance records, test data, and documentation for completeness and accuracy.
• Conduct audits and inspections of work-in-progress, final assemblies, and shop processes as required.
• Identify non-conformances and ensure corrective actions are implemented.
• Maintain accurate records of inspections.
• Coordinate with technicians, production, and quality assurance staff to ensure timely delivery.
• Support internal and external audits.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will hold a current Airframe (A) license or have previously held a Repairman Certificate with relevant experience in component-level inspections.
