QC Inspector

Job Title: Quality Control (QC) Inspector - CNC Machining ShopLocation: Irvine, CAJob Type: Full-TimeShift: 8:30AM to 5:30PMAbout Us:Global leading manufacturer specializing in Electric and Hydraulic products.Position Summary:The QC Inspector will be responsible for inspecting machined parts to ensure theymeet customer specifications and industry standards. This role is critical inmaintaining the high-quality standards our customers expect.Key Responsibilities:Perform in-process, first article, and final inspections of CNC machinedcomponentsInterpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and specificationsUse precision measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers, height gauges,CMM, etc.)Document inspection results and maintain detailed quality recordsIdentify non-conformances and assist in root cause analysis and correctiveactionsSupport production teams in understanding quality standards and requirementsMaintain a clean and organized inspection areaQualifications:High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in quality or machiningpreferred2+ years of QC experience in a CNC machining environmentStrong knowledge of GD&T and blueprint readingProficient with precision inspection tools and basic CMM useFamiliarity with ISO 9001 or AS9100 quality systems is a plusAbility to speak Mandarin preferred (headquarters in Taiwan)Excellent attention to detail and documentation skillsAbility to work independently and communicate effectively with machinists and engineersBenefits:Health, dental, and vision insurance401(k) with company matchPaid time off and holidaysOngoing training and career advancement opportunities
