QC Documentation Specialist I

About the role

Sensient Technologies is seeking a QC Documentation Specialist (Day Shift M‑F) to process raw material documentation and support Regulatory, Sales, and Customer Operations with customer requests. The specialist will also collaborate with other Quality teams to drive continuous quality improvement across all QC labs.

Responsibilities

• Support internal customers, including Regulatory, Sales, Research & Development, Marketing, QA, Customer Service, and Master Data.
• Provide guidance on material test plan updates to meet customer needs, pull historical testing data, and coordinate testing with laboratories.
• Update test plans as needed.
• Review regulatory monographs to confirm compliance with applicable regulations.
• Demonstrate a strong understanding of testing processes and the division of responsibilities among laboratories.
• Work in interdepartmental teams to deliver the highest level of support for customers.
• Organize, maintain, and audit QC lab testing paperwork.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education in a technical field.
• At least 2 years of experience in quality control or quality assurance.
• Ability to collaborate with team members to support process improvements.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to develop positive working relationships.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong understanding of the testing process and the division of responsibilities among laboratories.

Schedule

Day shift, Monday through Friday.
