QA/QC Documentation Specialist

What You’ll Do

• Operating Bluebeam Revu and Microsoft Excel to generate, review, and digitally update weld and flange maps
• Taking raw data provided from the site and plotting it out to ensure all weld IDs, bolt torquing, and joint details strictly meet site specifications
• Processing daily production and welding logs provided by the QC Specialists
• Reviewing production and welding logs for completeness and digitally filing them to maintain a highly accurate daily record of all site activities
• Acting as lead coordinator for the Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) dashboard
• Logging any site issues, deviations, or punch-list items, routing them to the appropriate field personnel, and actively monitoring the system to ensure everything is resolved in a timely manner
• Managing the quality database on OneDrive
• Organizing incoming material certifications, daily logs, and inspection reports into a standardized file structure
• Attending all essential quality meetings

What You’ll Need (Minimum Qualifications)

• Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook
• Consistent dependability and availability
• Ability to work in a fast-paced construction office environment
• Aptitude to learn new systems
• General Mechanical Systems Knowledge
