QC Documentation Specialist

The QC Documentation Specialist works closely with the Quality Control inspection team to prepare and submit First Article and Dimensional Inspection Reports for semiconductor and aerospace customers. This role ensures all documentation meets customer specifications and quality standards. This position is onsite (not remote/not hybrid) and not eligible for Visa sponsorship or transfer of Visa sponsorship. Requirements JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Prepare, submit for approval, and maintain First Article Inspection Reports (FAIRs)Review customer purchase orders and supplier purchase orders to ensure compliance with requirements and specificationsAnnotate FAIR and Dimensional Inspection Report (DIR) drawings with ballooned (bubble) numbers identifying all features and requirementsCapture photographs of products, packaging, and labeling for inclusion in FAIR documentationCollaborate with customer source inspectors to review completed FAIRsReview with markup incoming product certification documentsPerform additional duties as assigned Qualifications & Technical Skills Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings and blueprints for machined parts and assembliesExperience with manufacturing document control or First Article documentation preferredProficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and ExcelFamiliarity with Quality Management Systems (e.g., ISO 9001, AS9100) preferred Personal Attributes Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and adaptable in a fast-paced environmentReliable, dependable, and demonstrates strong integrityCustomer-focused with a positive attitudeProfessional and respectful in all interactionsStrong team player with flexibility to support changing prioritiesEffective written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work independently and prioritize tasks efficiently Working Conditions Bend and lift up to 50 lbs.
