About the Role

As an Assistant Manager, you will act as the right hand to the Store Manager and play a key role in delivering an exceptional customer experience. You will lead by example, inspire your team to meet sales goals, and ensure every customer leaves feeling their best. In the Store Manager’s absence, you will take charge, ensuring smooth store operations and team motivation.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of one (1) year of management experience in retail or the service sector.
• Strong passion for fashion.
• Natural leadership and a growth mindset.
• Excellent customer focus and interpersonal skills.
• Availability to work days, evenings, and weekends.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 35 lbs (≈16 kg).
