  Key Responsibilities: Support the Business Development team in identifying and approaching potential clients. Conduct market research to identify prospective industries, customers, and competitors. Help prepare business proposals, presentations, quotations, and client documentation. Coordinate with internal and commercial teams to ensure timely customer support. Maintain customer records and prepare periodic sales and business development reports. Participate in client meetings, exhibitions, and promotional activities.

• Assistant Manager Production (Mashroobat)

  Location: Hattar

  Education & Experience: MSc/BSc (Food Tech / Chemistry / Chemical Engineering). 5-8 Years relevant experience in Food Industry/beverages, prefer to having knowledge of SAP PP. Maximum 40 year age. Lead Auditor in FSSC 22000. Excellent people skills, high energy and positive cultural fit.
  Salary Package: 120k-150k
  Key Responsibilities: Oversee production processes, ensuring efficiency, quality standards, and resource optimization. Plan daily, monthly, and annual sales demands, ensuring production targets and KPIs are achieved. Manage production posting and material consumption reconciliation in SAP, create purchase requisitions & service sheet and notifications (quality & maintenance). Drive improvements to reduce batch cycle times, enhance efficiency, and ensure quality compliance, including CCP, OPRP, and HCP verification. Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, FSSC, and Halal standards in all production operations. Lead the production team, ensuring smooth operations and cross-departmental coordination. Analyze production data, identify inefficiencies, and implement process improvements. Plan preventive maintenance and manage machinery breakdowns to minimize downtime/breakdowns.

• Junior Lab Analyst (Calibration Lab)

  Location: Hattar

  Education & Experience: Intermediate with science & DAE Mechanical/Electrical/Electronics. Minimum 1-2 year experience of lab testing with field of metrology. Age: Max 35 Years.
  Effective communication & interpersonal skills with ability to work collaboratively in team environment. Awareness related to handling of Mass, Volume, Temperature and Pressure related instruments.
  Key Responsibilities: Perform inhouse and onsite calibration. Record the laboratory environmental conditions. Handle laboratory equipment with care as per authorization. Logging of instruments ID in ID register. Implement process improvements to enhance the accuracy, efficiency, and reliability of calibration operations. Prepare reports and analysis of calibration activities, identifying trends and areas for improvement.

• Business Manager – China

  Location: China (Local Nationals or Visa Holders)

  Qualification & Experience: Pakistanis Expat will be highly preferred. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field. Minimum of 04-05 years in Sales experience within the FMCG, Food & Pharma industry.
  Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute business strategies to achieve sales targets. Identify, appoint, and manage distributors, importers, and key retail partners. Conduct market research to identify potential customers, emerging trends, and competitor activities. Build and maintain strong business relationships with clients, distributors, and trade partners. Prepare periodic reports, and provide market insights to management. Represent Qarshi Industries at trade exhibitions, business meetings, and promotional events Work closely with the Marketing and Supply Chain teams to ensure timely delivery and brand visibility.
  Skills: Strong knowledge of international trade regulations, market dynamics, and cultural nuances. Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth and market expansion. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Exceptional negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.

• Graduate Trainee – Sourcing & Trading

  Location: Lahore
