About the role
The QAQC Associate - Travel is responsible for ensuring high-quality standards are met in travel-related processes and documentation.
Responsibilities
- Review travel requests for compliance with company policies and budgetary guidelines.
- Prepare and maintain accurate travel expense reports.
- Ensure all travel documentation is complete and up-to-date.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve travel issues and improve efficiency.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in travel management or accounting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

- Knowledge of corporate travel policies and procedures.
