About the role

The QAQC Associate - Travel is responsible for ensuring high-quality standards are met in travel-related processes and documentation.

Responsibilities

  • Review travel requests for compliance with company policies and budgetary guidelines.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate travel expense reports.
  • Ensure all travel documentation is complete and up-to-date.
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve travel issues and improve efficiency.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in travel management or accounting.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Qualifications

  • Knowledge of corporate travel policies and procedures.
  • Experience with travel management software.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
