Inventory Associate - Travel

About the role

The WIS Travel Team works predominantly with the world’s largest retailer, providing exceptional Inventory Solutions support. As the face of our organization, the Travel Inventory Associate will travel with the team weekly to customer locations across their region. You will scan barcodes for current inventory at customer locations to provide proper inventory information, assisting them in making better business decisions.

Responsibilities

• Scan barcodes for current inventory at customer locations
• Provide proper inventory information to assist customers in making better business decisions
• Travel with the team weekly to customer locations across their region
• Work in a positive, safe, and inclusive environment
• Stand for prolonged periods of time with occasional walking
• Frequently use both hands and wrists for repetitive motions
• Frequently be in low-level positions, such as squatting, kneeling, or crouching
• Frequently use a ladder
• Lift and carry items up to 25 lbs.
• Frequent travel via car and occasionally via plane, including overnight stays (3-5 days a week)

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age
• No previous inventory experience necessary
• Ability to stay in hotels up to 4 nights per week, at employer expense, including out of state travel
• Reliable transportation
