About the role

Coordinates and manages training programs, schedules, and materials to ensure effective employee development and performance improvement.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement training programs for new and existing employees.
  • Coordinate and schedule training sessions and workshops.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.
  • Maintain training records and prepare reports on training activities.
  • Collaborate with department managers to identify training needs and requirements.
  • Assist in the design and development of training materials and manuals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Two years’ experience in health care setting, required.

  • Strong professional demeanor with the inherent ability to rapidly establish credibility and rapport with others.
  • Demonstrated ability to identify opportunities for process improvement, identify solutions, plan for and implement those same solutions.
