About the role
Coordinates and manages training programs, schedules, and materials to ensure effective employee development and performance improvement.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement training programs for new and existing employees.
- Coordinate and schedule training sessions and workshops.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.
- Maintain training records and prepare reports on training activities.
- Collaborate with department managers to identify training needs and requirements.
- Assist in the design and development of training materials and manuals.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Two years’ experience in health care setting, required.

- Strong professional demeanor with the inherent ability to rapidly establish credibility and rapport with others.
- Demonstrated ability to identify opportunities for process improvement, identify solutions, plan for and implement those same solutions.
