About the Opportunity:The QA TESTER role focuses on ensuring the quality of the LabArchives product suite, which includes an Electronic Laboratory Notebook, Inventory, and Scheduler. This position contributes significantly to the development process by designing, executing, and scaling test cases, developing automation frameworks, and collaborating across teams to embed quality into all products. The role directly impacts the reliability and customer satisfaction of a widely used cloud-based research data management platform. Responsibilities:Design, plan, and execute test cases throughout the software development lifecycle.Develop and expand the automation testing framework.Work cross-functionally with technology, product, and support teams to maintain quality standards.Continuously review and improve quality assurance processes. Requirements:Relevant Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and a minimum of 2 years of related experience.Experience with functional test plan design, documentation, and execution for new features and regression testing.Ability to document and communicate software defects clearly with reproduction steps.Basic understanding of software QA methodologies and tools.Familiarity with web accessibility standards and testing tools. Pay Range and Compensation Package:Base pay range $61,000 to $83,000 USD.Compensation based on skills, experience, qualifications, and location.
