Responsibilities

• Create software products utilizing state-of-the-art technologies as part of an energetic agile team of Software and QA Engineers.
• Help software engineers and teams cultivate a quality mindset, advocating for quality while assisting with software development and test automation best practices.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Strong in both manual and automation testing practices.
• Take a practical approach to planning, developing, and implementing test strategies.
• Experience working with major testing frameworks.
• Experience with agile methodologies and a quality mindset in an agile environment.
• Travel required up to 10% of the time.
• Located and working from an office location.
• Occasional lifting and/or moving up to 10 pounds.
• Frequent repetitive hand and arm movements required to operate a computer.
• Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision (working on a computer, etc.).
• Frequent sitting and/or standing.

Pay

$18.12 - $19.12 / hour + Bonus

Bonus plans include:

• The Professional Services (PS) and Customer Success (CX) bonus plans: a quarterly monetary bonus based on individual and practice performance against specific business metrics.
• The Vertafore Incentive Plan (VIP): an annual monetary bonus for eligible employees based on both individual and company performance.
• Commission plans tailored to each sales role, including quota, MBOs, and ABPMs.
