QA Test Manager
Roles And Responsibilities
Lead test management activities across all phases of the SDLC for complex, largescale system implementations.
Oversee program wide QA operations, including development, refinement, and governance of QA processes, standards, and workflows.
Collaborate closely with Product, DevOps, and DataOps teams to define functional, nonfunctional, and data requirements, including interface and datapipeline validations.
Establish, mature, and manage QA functions supporting application testing, system integration testing, data validation, performance testing, and accessibility testing.
Strengthen and expand automation frameworks to support regression, integration, and data validation testing across multiple environments.
Lead planning and execution of nonfunctional testing, including performance, load, stress, scalability, and reliability testing.
Oversee Section 508 accessibility evaluation, testing, remediation tracking, and compliance reporting.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of in QA and SDLC testing including front‑end, back‑end, and integration testing experience supporting enterprise‑scale applications.
- 3+ years in a QA/QC Manager leadership role managing and directing QA teams toward milestone and deliverable completion.
- Demonstrated experience leading performance, load, and stress testing initiatives.
- Hands‑on experience overseeing Section 508 compliance testing and remediation.
- 3+ years of experience in federal healthcare environments (consulting or industry).
- Knowledge of Medicare programs and data processing systems is desirable.
- 3+ years of experience using Jira, Confluence, and similar Agile lifecycle management tools.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
