About the role
This position offers flexible, part-time hours within our QA Tech department. Shifts are 4 p.m. to 2 a.m., Monday through Friday, with occasional weekends.
Responsibilities
- Perform pre-operational inspection of the plant
- Monitor and ensure compliance with GMP and SSOP programs
- Communicate with sanitation, USDA, supervisors, and other associates
- Demonstrate excellent attendance and punctuality
- Maintain a detail-oriented approach
- Follow quality standards, safety policies, and procedures
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to work with employees at all levels of the organization
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Able to read and write English
Post-secondary training, work experience as a Quality Assurance Technician, knowledge of Q.A. policies, HACCP Programs, and USDA Regulations are helpful but not required.
Work Environment
Continuously working around moving machinery in cold, hot, slippery, and damp conditions.

Pay
