QA Sr Mgr

For our client, we are seeking a QA Sr Mgr to join the team of a leader in the Pharmaceuticals & Biotech space. This leader-level quality role will oversee external supplier quality and remediation efforts tied to complex mechanical device components used in a regulated environment. The position partners closely with internal teams across supply, development, and quality functions to strengthen compliance, drive corrective action, and maintain product quality. It is well suited for an experienced quality professional who can lead through ambiguity, influence cross-functionally, and support a globally distributed supplier network. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $132,037 – $178,638 annually Responsibilities Program manage remediation efforts for critical external mechanical device suppliers Lead a quality team overseeing external device suppliers Ensure compliance with scientific, regulatory, and quality standards globally Collaborate with cross-functional teams in external supply, process development, and combination product quality Drive change and maintain product quality while fostering an inclusive environment Qualifications Doctorate degree plus 2 years of related experience, or Master's degree plus 4 years, or Bachelor's degree plus 6 years, or Associate's degree plus 10 years, or high school diploma/GED plus 12 years of relevant experience Preferred degree in Biology, Engineering, Pharmaceutics, Biotechnology, or Physics 10+ years in medical device, pharma, or biotech sectors Extensive knowledge of quality systems, global supplier management, and device regulations Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Benefits Comprehensive employee benefits package including health and welfare plans Retirement and Savings Plan with generous contributions Flexible work models where possible Award-winning time-off plans Discretionary annual bonus program and stock-based incentives Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
