Sr Mgr, Implementation

Responsibilities

• Develop a strategic plan for BPO Implementation aligned with enterprise objectives
• Champion a culture of innovation and customer-centric excellence
• Oversee onboarding processes to enhance efficiency and scalability
• Implement best practices in project management for consistent execution
• Establish KPIs and leverage data for informed decision-making
• Lead and mentor a high-performing team to ensure engagement and growth
• Serve as the executive contact for escalated partner/employer onboarding issues

Qualifications

• Preferred Bachelor's degree
• 5-10 years in client onboarding or implementation management, with 3-5 years in leadership
• Proven experience in leading large-scale implementations in a fast-paced environment
• Expertise in project management methodologies and change management
• Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach
• Ability to collaborate with multi-functional teams and influence at the executive level
• Willingness to travel as needed to support client relationships
