About the role
As a QA/QC Project Site Coordinator, you will plan, implement, and manage the project QA/QC program for assigned jobs, ensuring compliance with project specifications, regulatory requirements, and quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Maintain a full understanding of project specifications, applicable codes, regulations, and contract documents.
- Couple and schedule all required inspections with owners, third party agencies, and authorities having jurisdiction.
- Partner with project scheduling teams to develop and maintain inspection schedules.
- Manage daily and weekly inspection activities aligned with project timelines and regulatory requirements.
- Utilize project quality management systems to track inspections, testing, punch lists, and non-conformance reports.
- Monitor installation progress and support as-built documentation in coordination with BIM teams.
- Attend project meetings including pre-construction, daily, and weekly coordination meetings.
- Maintain accurate inspection files, documentation, and QA/QC records.
- Complete required project-specific QA/QC system training.
- Couple with 3rd party QA/QC in-field personnel.
- Couple with Cochran field supervision team.
Qualifications
- Practical electrical installation knowledge and experience is a must.
- Knowledge of 2023/2026 NFPA 70 National Electrical Code is a must.
- A High School Diploma required.
- A Two-year college or university program certificate is a plus or two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization. Ability to write, speak and communicate in English fluently.
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
- Ability to apply common sense and understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite; Spreadsheet software and Project Management software
- Client specific drug screening is required.

Pay
$46.15/hr – $50.48/hr (Non-exempt)
Schedule
Monday - Saturday, 6am-4:30pm
