QA/QC Manager - Commercial Construction

About the role

The QA/QC Manager is responsible for ensuring high standards of quality in commercial construction projects. This role oversees the implementation of quality control measures and collaborates with project teams to maintain compliance with industry standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the development and implementation of quality control procedures
• Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure adherence to quality standards
• Collaborate with project managers and team members to address quality issues and improve processes
• Develop and maintain documentation related to quality assurance and quality control
• Train and mentor team members on quality management practices

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in quality assurance and quality control in construction
• Strong knowledge of relevant industry standards and regulations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
