Praetorian Power Protection, the leader in NETA testing and staff augmentation to the mission-critical industry, is seeking a high-caliber Quality Manager to join our team in Fargo, ND. This person will lead and coordinate quality support across our project portfolios.

About the role

This pivotal role is responsible for planning, implementing, and supervising construction quality assurance programs that align with contract documents and our company’s rigorous safety and performance standards. You will be the guardian of our strategy and vision, ensuring every project reflects the elite protection and reliability our clients expect from the Praetorian name.

Responsibilities

  • Create and manage Project-Specific Quality Plans; assign accountability and ensure live updates as projects evolve.
  • Develop and oversee Water Intrusion Plans and Major Quality Issue logs to preemptively address project vulnerabilities.
  • Lead Quality Support for your assigned group, interpreting owner and government requirements to ensure field and office staff remain in full compliance.
  • Prepare Project Quality Status Reports for monthly reviews and utilize internal QA tools to detail compliant vs. non-compliant conditions for superintendents and subcontractors.
  • Perform QA constructability reviews and certify submittals for accuracy on regional and national projects.
  • Design and conduct quality-related training programs for internal teams and external partners; provide direct guidance to junior team members.
  • Participate in national initiatives (Manual updates, Quality University) and foster a culture of quality through committee meetings and trend reporting.
  • Serve as the onsite quality representative when needed, conducting warranty investigations and partnering with teams for subcontractor performance evaluations.

Requirements

  • Advanced ability to read drawings, specifications, and building codes.
  • Deep knowledge of material/field testing and QA procedures for diverse construction conditions.
  • High level of accuracy in work execution with the ability to identify non-compliant conditions and investigate effective corrective measures.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to deliver professional presentations to stakeholders and business partners.
  • Proven ability to build robust relationships with owners, manufacturer reps, and third-party consultants.
  • Proficient in MS Office and internal QA reporting software.
