We are currently accepting resumes for QA/QC Inspectors to join our team at various locations in the west. The QA/QC Inspector is responsible for performing quality assurance and quality control inspections for construction and maintenance projects at Summit Line Construction. This role ensures that all activities meet the required quality standards, comply with industry regulations, and adhere to company policies. The QA/QC Inspector plays a critical role in maintaining safety, reliability, and efficiency in all projects through meticulous inspections, thorough documentation, and effective communication.
Responsibilities
- Conduct detailed inspections of construction components, including foundations, steel structures, electrical equipment, control wiring, and grounding systems.
- Perform quality control testing and inspections in accordance with contract requirements and company best practices.
- Inspect above and below-ground conduit installations for compliance with plans and specifications.
- Verify that all materials received for the project conform to approved submittals, are handled, and stored properly, and are acceptable for use in the project.
- Prepare and maintain QA/QC inspection reports, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Create, update, and maintain the project submittal log and other project-specific quality control reports.
