About the role
The QA Lead is responsible for overseeing the quality assurance process to ensure that all software products meet the highest standards of reliability and functionality.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain comprehensive test plans and strategies
- Collaborate with development teams to identify and resolve bugs and issues
- Conduct regular testing and provide feedback on product performance
- Document test cases and results in a clear and organized manner
- Work closely with project managers to ensure timely delivery of high-quality products
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
- At least 5 years of experience in Quality Assurance or a similar role
- Proven experience in leading and managing QA teams
- Strong knowledge of CIS-GCP Infra - DevOps
- Experience with automated testing tools and methodologies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Qualifications
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
