About The Role
In this role, you’ll play an important part in ensuring our products meet the highest standards.
What You'll Do
- Receiving and organizing raw materials in inventory
- Gathering ingredients and transporting them to the syrup room for blending
- Mixing syrup ingredients following established procedures and quality standards
- Running control tests on finished syrups to ensure great taste and consistency
- Unloading liquid sweetener deliveries
- Preparing and monitoring production line equipment
- Cleaning and sanitizing batch tanks and equipment
- Performing laboratory tests (including bacteriology, CO₂, and HPLC testing)
- Maintaining accurate records, logs, and quality documentation
- Troubleshooting and documenting production line issues
- Supporting water treatment systems, including RO systems
- Keeping your work area clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards
- Following all food safety regulations (FSMA, HACCP, HARPC), GMP, and sanitation guidelines

What You'll Bring
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- Strong basic math skills
- A general understanding of chemicals (or willingness to learn)
- Clear communication skills and the ability to follow instructions
- Basic computer experience (helpful, but not required)
- Lifting up to 55 lbs regularly (and occasionally 75-100 lbs)
- Climbing stairs, bending, reaching, and twisting as needed
- Standing, walking, or sitting for extended periods
- Working overtime when needed (up to 64 hours/week)
- Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States on a permanent basis. The company will not sponsor employment visas now or in the future.
- Applicants must be able to read, write, speak, and comprehend English at a level necessary to perform the essential duties of the position.
Pay
$24.60/hr
Schedule
5:30am-6:00pm, Wednesday-Friday, every other Saturday
