About the Role

As a Production Lead, you'll oversee shift operations and lead a team of production employees to meet safety, quality, and efficiency goals. You'll ensure proper training, enforce company policies, and maintain strong communication across departments to keep everything running smoothly.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all shift employees and comply with safety, quality, quantity and housekeeping standards.
• Assure that all personnel are properly trained and follow all policies and procedures set forth by Wis-Pak.

Requirements

• Forklift driving skills (required).
• Physical ability: walk, stand, bend, stoop, reach and lift up to 75 lbs.
• Willingness to work in temperatures of 60 to 90 °F.
• Flexibility to work overtime on a regular basis.

Pay

$24.90 per hour

Schedule

5:30 am – 6:00 pm, Wednesday‑Friday, every other Saturday
