Role: QA Engineer Location: Sacramento, CA (Onsite) Experience: 8+ Years Job Description We are looking for a QA Engineer to test applications, APIs, and system integrations for a California agency's contact center modernization project. The candidate will ensure that all systems work correctly, meet business requirements, and are ready for release. Responsibilities Create test plans, test cases, and test coverage documents. Review requirements and identify missing test scenarios. Perform end-to-end, API, integration, and browser testing. Test workflows across Amazon Connect, Blazor, .NET services, and integrated systems. Develop and maintain automated regression tests. Identify defects, troubleshoot issues, and verify fixes. Support UAT and prepare test reports and release-readiness documentation. Required Skills Experience in QA, integration, and API testing. Browser automation and regression testing. Ability to read/write automation code, preferably C#. Strong defect tracking and troubleshooting skills. Experience with test documentation and UAT. Preferred Skills Blazor, Amazon Connect, and .NET testing. Accessibility testing and CI/CD automation. Public-sector project experience. Important: Prior experience with Blazor and Amazon Connect is preferred, not mandatory. Strong integration testing, API testing, and automation skills are the main priorities.
