Job Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts for UI, backend, API, and end-to-end application testing.
- Build and maintain automated testing frameworks and test suites using Playwright, JavaScript, and modern test automation tools.
- Perform API, functional, regression, integration, and performance testing to ensure application quality, stability, and reliability.
- Manage test environments, test data, and deployment validation activities while supporting CI/CD processes using GitHub and Concourse.
- Analyze test results, identify defects, perform root cause analysis, and collaborate with development teams to drive issue resolution.
- Contribute to quality assurance best practices, automation strategy, and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance testing efficiency and software delivery quality.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- 8–10 years of experience in Quality Assurance, Test Automation, Software Testing, or Quality Engineering.
- Strong expertise in UI Testing, Backend/API Testing, Playwright automation, JavaScript, performance testing, and automated test framework development.
- Prior experience with test environment management, CI/CD tools (GitHub, Concourse), API testing tools (Bruno), unit testing frameworks, defect management, and delivering quality solutions in Agile environments.
