QA Coordinator
About the role
Labcorp has a Quality Assurance Coordinator position at 8211 Scicor Drive, Indianapolis, IN. The individual in this role provides support to the local QA department. It is the responsibility of all employees to comply with all applicable regulations e.g. Good Clinical Practice (GCP), and Good Laboratory Practice (GLP) in the performance of their role.
Responsibilities
- Provide support for activities including but not limited to internal audits, onboarding activities, general operations and QA facilitated business unit meetings
- Maintain control and account of all incoming and outgoing correspondence, reports, raw data and QA files associated with audit activities within the QA department
- Provide support to compliance group during audits and client visits; providing materials, as needed
- Support the collection of quality metrics to support data trending efforts
- Assist the department to ensure that required resources are available for the team's use
- Ensure Regulatory Compliance and Quality Assurance responsibilities, as indicated in applicable controlled documents, are followed
Minimum Education and Experience Required
Associate degree. Experience may be substituted for education.
Preferred Qualifications
- 1 year or related experience as a Quality Assurance Coordinator
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office packages to include Outlook, Word, SharePoint, PowerPoint and Excel
