QA Automation Lead

About the role

Seeking a QA Automation Lead with strong automation testing experience to support healthcare applications. The candidate should possess expertise in Java-based test automation frameworks and Selenium automation testing.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute automated test scripts using Java and Selenium.
• Design automation frameworks and enhance existing solutions.
• Perform functional, regression, integration, and system testing.
• Analyze defects, troubleshoot issues, and work with development teams.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and sprint testing activities.

Requirements

• 5+ years of automation testing experience with Java and Selenium.
• Experience in automation test framework development.
• Experience in API testing.
• Experience in UI and database testing.
• Familiarity with defect tracking tools.
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodology and CI/CD pipelines.
• Healthcare domain experience.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
