QA Automation Lead

About the role

We are seeking a QA Automation Manager to lead quality assurance strategies, focusing on manual and automated testing across integration, functional, regression, and performance layers. The role involves embedding quality into CI/CD pipelines, managing defect analysis, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute QA roadmaps, advancing AI-assisted testing and automation.
• Lead end-to-end testing efforts for web, mobile, and API applications.
• Develop quality metrics and dashboards to track performance and improvements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to incorporate customer feedback into testing processes.
• Scale QA teams and drive innovation in testing methodologies.
• Promote continuous improvement to ensure high-quality software releases.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• 7+ years of experience in QA, including team management.
• Hands-on expertise in automation for web, mobile, and API testing.
• Familiarity with AI-driven quality practices and tools (e.g., SonarQube, SeaLights).
• Knowledge of SDLC, security testing, and AI risk management.
