About The Role We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced ShiftKey Engineering Team Lead to join our remote team based in the United States. In this leadership role, you will oversee the modernization of our core scheduling platform, guiding architectural decisions, setting best practices, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality Python-driven services. You will work closely with a talented team of senior engineers across multiple products and tech stacks, including Python and .NET, to build a resilient, scalable, and AI-accelerated software ecosystem. This position offers an exciting opportunity to shape the future of our platform at a pivotal moment, focusing on pragmatic, high-impact software investments. You will play a key role in driving the adoption of AI tools such as Claude Code and multi-agent systems, integrating these innovations into our development lifecycle. This is a fully remote role, requiring excellent asynchronous communication skills and the ability to partner effectively with team members across different time zones.
