This role will lead work at the intersection of data, AI-enabled capabilities, and scalable technology delivery. You will work across engineering, product, operations, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into practical technology solutions. Responsibilities

• Contribute to AI agent development and prompt engineering
• Write clean, maintainable Python code following coding standards
• Implement unit and integration tests for reliability
• Effectively use Git and CI/CD tools in team collaboration
• Participate in Scrum ceremonies to enhance team dynamics
• Debug issues in development and production environments
• Collaborate through code reviews to maintain code quality

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (or equivalent experience)
• Proficiency in Python, with a focus on clean coding practices
• Strong analytical and debugging skills
• Familiarity with Git and CI/CD workflows
• Experience with testing frameworks like pytest
• Comfortable working in Agile environments
• Eagerness to learn about AI and agentic workflows

Pay

$142,651 – $213,977 annually
