About the role
We are seeking an Agentic AI Engineer to design and scale autonomous AI solutions within our Sea Logistics business.
Responsibilities
- Architect and build AI agents capable of multi-step reasoning, decision-making, and autonomous task execution
- Develop agent frameworks (e.g., LangChain, AutoGPT, CrewAI, ReAct) or custom solutions
- Integrate AI agents with enterprise systems (TMS, ERP, CRM, WMS) and external APIs
- Design scalable, modular components reusable across logistics workflows
- Implement guardrails, validation layers, and human-in-the-loop review processes
- Build monitoring, logging, and explainability capabilities for transparency and auditability
- Optimize agent performance (accuracy, latency, cost efficiency, token usage)
- Conduct benchmarking and real-world scenario testing
- Prototype and deploy high-impact use cases, such as: Autonomous customer support agents, AI-powered operations assistants, Logistics planning and automation agents, Data analysis and reporting tools
- Collaborate with product, engineering, data, and business teams to translate requirements into scalable AI solutions
Requirements
- Proven experience building AI/ML or agent-based systems, ideally using frameworks such as LangChain, AutoGPT, CrewAI, or similar
- Strong Python skills and experience integrating with APIs (REST, GraphQL, SOAP) and enterprise systems
- Solid understanding of LLMs, including prompt engineering, RAG, model evaluation, and optimization for performance and reliability
- Experience working with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and CI/CD pipelines
- Ability to design scalable architectures, including data pipelines, event-driven systems, and workflow automation
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex business or operational processes into technical solutions
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with a proactive mindset and the ability to work across cross-functional teams; logistics or freight forwarding experience is a plus
Qualifications
- Currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis without the need for current or future employer sponsorship
