About the Role

In this work, you help employers solve complex problems and bring real value through hands-on expertise in agent architecture, tool integration, and applied LLM engineering.

Responsibilities

• Design and build agentic systems that plan, call tools, and complete multi-step work against real business systems
• Integrate agents with enterprise platforms and APIs, including CRM, ERP, ticketing, and internal data services
• Develop retrieval and context strategies that keep agents grounded in accurate, permissioned company data
• Build evaluation harnesses, human-in-the-loop checkpoints, and failure handling so agent behavior stays predictable
• Advise business stakeholders on which workflows are worth automating and which are not

Requirements

• 4+ years of software engineering experience, with recent hands-on work building LLM or agent-based applications
• Strong Python or TypeScript skills plus experience with agent frameworks, function calling, and MCP or similar tool protocols
• Judgment about prompt design, context management, and where deterministic code beats a model call
• Experience taking an AI workflow from pilot into supported production use
• Comfort explaining agent behavior, limits, and risk to non-technical audiences
