Responsibilities
- Overseeing tax-related issues impacting businesses, including local, foreign income, and transaction tax compliance
- Providing strategic tax consulting services to optimize business operations and compliance
- Navigating complex tax regulations to deliver insightful guidance and solutions
- Analyzing and interpreting tax data to inform recommendations and strategies
- Drafting and preparing comprehensive tax documents and returns
- Utilizing analytical thinking to address and solve tax-related challenges
- Collaborating with internal teams to enhance tax planning and compliance processes
- Maintaining professional and technical standards in alignment with firm guidelines
- Developing meaningful client relationships to anticipate and address their tax needs
- Embracing change to drive personal and professional growth
Requirements
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 2 years of experience
- Preference for a Master's degree
- One of the following: Certified Public Accountant, Member of the Bar or other tax, technology, or finance-specific credentials may qualify for this opportunity
- Demonstrating analytical thinking and business tax returns expertise
- Utilizing corporate tax consulting and planning skills
- Preparing and drafting tax documents with precision
- Embracing change and demonstrating learning agility
- Navigating complex partnership tax scenarios effectively
- Developing insights through critical thinking and data interpretation
- Building meaningful client relationships and managing expectations
Qualifications

Benefits
The salary range for this position is: $55,000 - $151,470. For residents of Washington state the salary range for this position is: $55,000 - $187,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
