About the Role
As a PwC Internal Partnership Tax Team - Mobility Senior Associate, you will play a pivotal role in providing strategic tax consulting services, focusing on tax planning, compliance, and strategy to help businesses navigate complex tax regulations. You will oversee tax-related issues affecting businesses in various areas, including local, foreign income, and transaction tax compliance, and deliver tax consulting services on strategic and operational matters. This role involves developing meaningful stakeholder connections, anticipating needs, guiding and mentoring others, and maintaining professional and technical standards while navigating complex situations. You will use critical thinking to break down complex concepts, interpret data to inform insights and recommendations, and build relationships while growing your technical skills.
Responsibilities
- Oversee tax-related issues impacting businesses, including local, foreign income, and transaction tax compliance.
- Provide strategic tax consulting services to optimize business operations and compliance.
- Navigate complex tax regulations to deliver insightful guidance and solutions.
- Analyze and interpret tax data to inform recommendations and strategies.
- Draft and prepare comprehensive tax documents and returns.
- Utilize analytical thinking to address and solve tax-related challenges.
- Collaborate with internal teams to enhance tax planning and compliance processes.
- Maintain professional and technical standards in alignment with firm guidelines.
- Develop meaningful client relationships to anticipate and address their tax needs.

Requirements
- At least a Bachelor's degree.
- At least 2 years of experience.
Qualifications
- Preference for a Master's degree.
- At least one of the following: Certified Public Accountant, Member of the Bar, or other tax, technology, or finance-specific credentials.
- Demonstrated analytical thinking and business tax returns expertise.
- Corporate tax consulting and planning skills.
- Experience preparing and drafting tax documents with precision.
- Learning agility and ability to navigate complex partnership tax scenarios effectively.
- Ability to develop insights through critical thinking and data interpretation.
- Experience building meaningful client relationships and managing expectations.
Pay
The salary range for this position is $55,000 - $151,470. For residents of Washington state, the salary range is $55,000 - $187,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications, and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
