Responsibilities

  • Overseeing tax-related issues impacting businesses, including local, foreign income, and transaction tax compliance
  • Providing strategic tax consulting services to optimize business operations and compliance
  • Navigating complex tax regulations to deliver insightful guidance and solutions
  • Analyzing and interpreting tax data to inform recommendations and strategies
  • Drafting and preparing comprehensive tax documents and returns
  • Utilizing analytical thinking to address and solve tax-related challenges
  • Collaborating with internal teams to enhance tax planning and compliance processes
  • Maintaining professional and technical standards in alignment with firm guidelines
  • Developing meaningful client relationships to anticipate and address their tax needs
  • Embracing change to drive personal and professional growth

Requirements

  • At least a Bachelor's degree
  • At least 2 years of experience
  • Preference for a Master's degree
  • One of the following: Certified Public Accountant, Member of the Bar, or other tax, technology, or finance-specific credentials may qualify for this opportunity
  • Demonstrating analytical thinking and business tax returns expertise
  • Utilizing corporate tax consulting and planning skills
  • Preparing and drafting tax documents with precision
  • Embracing change and demonstrating learning agility
  • Navigating complex partnership tax scenarios effectively
  • Developing insights through critical thinking and data interpretation
  • Building meaningful client relationships and managing expectations

Qualifications

Benefits

The salary range for this position is: $55,000 - $151,470. For residents of Washington state the salary range for this position is: $55,000 - $187,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.

All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.

For residents of Washington state the pay range is up to $187,000

Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
