About the role
Your first step towards an amazing career in Research and Development (R&D) at Procter and Gamble (P&G) starts with applying to this co-op. Within an R&D co-op, you’ll be actively involved in creating, reimagining and launching new innovations which improve our consumers’ lives.
Responsibilities
- Find new ways to innovate, develop and manufacture consumer products.
- Work with talented technologists and mentors to strengthen your skillsets and develop new areas of mastery.
- Collaborate with colleagues to translate consumer needs into the design and technical specifications of delightful grooming products which can be manufactured at scale.
- Develop new to the world raw material technologies to meet customer needs with the highest quality, best performing materials.
- Translate the consumer’s needs into the development of delightful finished-products using the best available technologies/chemicals/materials.
- Create and improve packages that delight consumers and retailers, ensuring they are responsibly developed with sustainability in mind.
- Deliver groundbreaking blade edge innovation through mastery of process, product, and equipment.
- Translate ideas, concepts, and technologies into the design and scale-up of commercially feasible, state-of-the-art, chemical and mechanical manufacturing processes.
- Develop and improve packaging designs to ensure the product functions well once the consumer has brought it home, while also prioritizing sustainability.
- Use modeling and simulation (M&S) to speed the pace and impact of innovations.
- Transform the business to enable better decision-making through the use of advanced analytics.
Requirements
- Bachelor's/Master's students majoring in engineering degrees graduating in 2028 or 2029.
- Roles for Chemical, Mechanical, and Biomedical Engineering, and increasingly, roles designed for Data Science/Analytics.
- Strong communication skills.

Pay
Compensation for roles at P&G varies depending on a wide array of non-discriminatory factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, degree/credentials, relevant skill set, and level of relevant experience. Total rewards at P&G include salary + bonus (if applicable) + benefits.
