Job Description

Within an R&D co-op, you’ll be actively involved in creating, reimagining and launching new innovations which improve our consumers lives… all around the world. The duration of our co-ops range from 12-24 weeks within the fiscal year located on-site at our Gillette World Shaving Headquarters in Boston, MA.

Responsibilities

• Find new ways to innovate, develop and manufacture consumer products.
• Work with talented technologists and mentors to strengthen your skillsets and develop new areas of mastery.
• Collaborate with talented technologists and mentors to strengthen your skillsets and develop new areas of mastery.
• Translate the consumer’s needs into the design and technical specifications of delightful grooming products which can be manufactured at scale.
• Translate the consumer’s needs into the development of delightful finished-products which use the best available technologies/chemicals/materials.
• Create and improve packages that delight consumers and retailers.
• Develop 'new to the world' raw material technologies so we can meet our customer's needs with the highest quality, best performing materials.
• Develop mathematical models which speed the pace and impact of our innovations.
• Transform the business to enable better decision-making through the use of advanced analytics.

Qualifications

• Majoring in engineering degrees graduating in 2028 or 2029.
• Increasingly, we have roles designed for Data Science/Analytics.
• Strong communication skills.
• Critical thinking and active listening.
• The ability to learn quickly in a dynamic environment.
