Purchasing & Warehouse Coordinator

About the role

The Purchasing & Warehouse Coordinator is key to our success and directly supports our Operations & Production teams. You have plenty of experience with Purchasing as well as Warehouse management (shipping/receiving/organizing). The position is based in-person at 2732 Central Ave Suite 130, Homewood, AL 35209.

Responsibilities

• Issue Purchase Orders
• RMA & Returns
• Vendor Management
• New Dealer Paperwork
• Vendor Incentives/Program Management
• Maintain Office Supplies
• Work with team to forecast purchasing needs
• Shipping & Receiving
• Organize Warehouse
• Maintain Inventory
• Keep Inventory Grouped by Project
• Pull inventory for will call pick-up by technicians

Pay

$65,000 - $85,000 per year (based on experience)

Schedule

40 hours per week, Monday to Friday (8am‑5pm)
