What’s the Job?
Lead and execute Source-to-Pay processes, including sourcing recommendations, contracts, pricing, procurement, payments, analysis, and governance.
Manage internal stakeholder and supplier relationships while driving sourcing, procurement, and payment strategies.
Facilitate contract execution end-to-end, from sourcing recommendations through supplier payments.
Utilize technical solutions to improve process effectiveness and efficiency across the Source-to-Pay ecosystem.
Ensure supply assurance, value creation, and compliance with policies, controls, and governance requirements.
What’s Needed?
Expertise in Source-to-Pay processes, including sourcing, procurement, contracts, pricing, and payments.
Knowledge of policies, stewardship, compliance, controls, master data work processes, and technical systems.
Strong negotiation, leadership, and relationship management skills.
Analytical thinking with the ability to influence internal senior leadership and external industry stakeholders.
Advanced written and verbal communication skills.
