Responsibilities
- Maintain inventory levels and set orders for replenishment.
- Verify deliveries, costs, and quantities of incoming orders.
- Collaborate with vendors for accurate stock allocation and shipments.
- Maintain stock and ensure accurate records within ERP.
- Support cycle counts and larger inventory counts.
- Prepare documents from advanced shipping notices for timely material receipts.
- Check packing lists thoroughly for correctness and quality.
- Support returns, cancellations, and other reverse logistics workstreams.
- Handle additional responsibilities and projects as needed.
- Proactively and clearly communicate with the manager, team, and coworkers.
Requirements
- 2+ years of relevant experience in an inventory-related position, preferably within the jewelry industry.
- Proactive critical thinking approach to any role.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in ERP systems and inventory management.
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
- Computer literacy and comfort.
- Works with close attention to detail and a strong sense of urgency.
- Experience with inventory counts and stock reconciliation preferred.
- High School Diploma or GED is mandatory.

Pay
Hourly base pay: $20.00-$22.00. Final pay rate shall be determined and is based on experience and qualifications.
