Job Responsibilities
- Develop and implement purchasing processes, defining procedures, instructions/guidelines, templates and training material in close collaboration with Category, Product Area, Program & Operational Purchasing, Core, Supplier & Component Development, Indirect and other functions (Quality, Finance, Operations etc).
- Lead the harmonization of processes and continuous improvement activities to support the company’s operating model and objectives.
- Support functions strategic initiatives and governance by conceptualizing process, template, guidelines and/or trainings development.
- Drive functions standardization, format, communication and channels in close collaboration within Business Office.
- Drive the functions ESG scope by defining requirements, develop process and implement in close collaboration with Control.
- Represent and align with corporate functions in the areas of key responsibilities.
- Responsible for processes efficiency and training plan including tracking.
- IATF coordination upon request.
Additional Responsibilities
- All and any other task as assigned by direct manager.
- Interviewing, hiring and training, reward and disciplinary actions of employees and performance appraisals.
Who We Are Looking For
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in engineering or business administration – Required. Master’s degree in business or engineering – Preferred.
- Experience: 5-7 years of relevant experience from a large multinational corporation, preferably within purchasing. Minimum of 5 years purchasing experience preferably both direct and indirect. 3+ years of leadership experience with a track record of progression. Automotive and/or tech industry experience preferred.
