Job Responsibilities
- Performing purchasing and receiving tasks, including ordering, distributing, and stocking product
- Distributing and stocking product
- Responding to product inquiries
- Investigating and resolving escalations related to deliveries and discrepancies
- Maintaining departmental memos and informative postings
- Operating technology, systems, and software such as copy/scanners, computers, MS Office, and Birch Street
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred
- 2+ years administrative support experience
- Excellent written/interpersonal communication and organizational skills
- Proficient in Excel and Word
- Purchasing and receiving experience, 1 year minimum
- Ability to optimally connect with employees
- Ability to work quickly and efficiently
- Strong digital literacy in Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc), Internet, typing, other databases and spreadsheet software
- Experience with Birch Street software is a plus
- Culinary background required
