Responsibilities

• Process purchase orders, verify accuracy, and maintain up-to-date records
• Communicate with vendors to obtain quotes, confirm deliveries, and resolve discrepancies
• Track inventory levels and coordinate replenishment
• Support the purchasing team with reporting, data entry, and administrative tasks
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure timely fulfillment of material needs

Requirements

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Ability to manage multiple priorities with accuracy
• Experience with purchasing, inventory, or administrative roles is a plus
