Hydro Extrusions is a world-leading aluminium extrusion business with operations in over 40 countries and employs approximately 20,000 people. Founded in 1905, the company focuses on transforming natural resources into valuable products for various industries.

Responsibilities

• Assist in troubleshooting invoice & packing slip issues in AX and SAP
• Maintain aged open PO’s and requisitions in AX and SAP
• Absorb and update open PO lines in SAP and AX for a 25-day forecast and month-end
• Perform 5S office and cleaning supply closet maintenance, set min/max levels, and place orders for approved supplies
• Stock admin restrooms, kitchen, and main breakroom with paper, soap, condiments, and utensils
• Support open committed, AX/SAP, and Sapa Mall reports
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Highschool Diploma or GED equivalent
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills
• Skills adaptable to change
• SAP/AX/Oracle knowledge a plus
• Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred
• Results-oriented
• Self-motivated and able to work with limited supervision
• Effective oral and written communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize, and meet deadlines
• Teamwork and ability to work with all levels of the workforce

Qualifications

$24.60 - $37.00 per hr.
