About the role
Emplify Health is seeking a Purchasing Assistant to join our team. This role involves managing orders for general and specialized medical supplies, clinical supplies, and medical equipment. The Purchasing Assistant will update various internal systems and support senior buyers.
Responsibilities
- Manage orders for medical supplies, clinical supplies, and medical equipment

Requirements
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalency
- Experience: 2 years or more in supply chain or business-related field
- Skills: Strong attention to detail, communication skills, independent and self-motivated, resilient customer service mindset, ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines with accuracy, proficiency with computers and data entry, experience with ERP or Materials Management Systems

- Independent and self-motivated: Comfortable managing workload and staying productive with minimal supervision
- Calm, professional, and solution-focused in a fast-paced environment
